The trip.
Fishing packages are based on 7 nights and 6 days on a Saturday to Saturday basis. The first fishing day is Sunday ending the following Friday.
A shuttle service will operate to and from Spokane International Airport in Washington departing the airport approximately mid day on Saturdays after dropping of the previous groups. In the case of an intact party this can be tailored at your convenience.
Hotel accommodation close to the airport can be arranged if necessary.
The season.
The season will run from August to November and for those looking for some late season fishing when Europe is shutting down this is perfect.
The Clearwater is the largest tributary of the Snake River and has some of the biggest steelhead in the area migrating up its 75 mile length.
This is classic flywater and will be fished by a combination of drift boat and wading to suit your preference.
Getting here.
The river is reached by flight to Spokane in Washington State with a short drive into Idaho.
Accommodation is at the Best Western Orofino Hotel that overlooks the river and provides extremely comfortable rooms a stones throw from the river.
